Mark Souther is a Professor of History and the Director of the Center for Public History + Digital Humanities at Cleveland State University. Souther’s public history experience includes leading digital projects such as Cleveland HistoricalGreen Book Cleveland, and Cleveland Voices; directing development of digital tools for location-based storytelling and tours such as the Curatescape mobile publishing framework and PlacePress plugin; and administering three NEH Digital Humanities Advancement Grants, including two in collaboration with Maseno University in Kenya.
